2013 Daily Site Fees (rates do not include TN tax)

While we do not accept personal checks, we are pleased to accept traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and debit cards.

• Extended stay rates (weekly) are available upon request. RV’s must meet age and strict upkeep standards. We no longer offer monthly rates.
• Rates include up to 2 adults + 2 children on a site.
• Extra people on campsites are $3.00 per person per day if over age 12 and $1.50 per person per day if under age 12. Extra person charge for cabins is $5.00 per person per day, regardless of age.
• There is a maximum of 8 people on a RV site and 6 on a tent site.
• There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per site.
• There is a $3.50 fee for registered guests to use the dump station. This does not apply to small discharges such as from a pop-up camper - provided that it belongs to a registered camper. Sorry, but we do not permit non-guest dumping.
• Number of people based upon total site occupancy, including guests.
• Rates are based upon type of site and not on which utilities you choose to use.
• Rates are subject to change without notice due to increases in utility costs.
